If you remove the pin on the backside of the access point by pulling on the ring, you'll then be able to slide the access point off of the mounting rails, it will either slide to the left or to the right depending on the access point orientation.
You will find the MAC address on the white barcoded label on the lower left corner of the backside of the access point as pictured below:
