How to use the IPSEC VPN to connect to school resources from home:

 

Once a technician has configured the VPN for you, sign in to your Macbook as normal.

Click this, then click Connect School Name

Once connected, it will show the time it has been connected next to it, to indicate it is connected.

Common troubleshooting steps:

 

 

Ensure you are connected to your Wi-Fi at home.

 

Ensure that Airplane Mode is not enabled.

 

If drives are not connecting, try restarting your laptop.
