Clearing the Printer Queue

Should your InVentry label printer fail to print out a badge when a visitor signs in, one of the first things to check is the printer queue. If a visitor signs in when there are no labels in the printer, it will create a job in the print queue which gets 'stuck', which will need to be cleared.

 

Please follow the steps below to clear the full printer queue using a simple method, you can clear the whole queue very easily and get the printer working for the next sign in:
