First time signing in;
- Open your web browser of choice
- Go to https://login.lightspeedsystems.app
- Click on Forgot your Password
- Enter your email address and press Reset Password
- An email will be sent to your email address containing a verification code, please enter this code, your email address and a strong password matching the requirements on the page. Once all this has been entered press Reset password to complete the password reset procedure and then proceed to log in.
Signing in to Lightspeed Alert
- Open your web browser of choice
- Go to https://login.lightspeedsystems.app
- Enter your email address and password, then click on Sign in
Using the system:
Accessing the Alert Report Dashboard;
- Log in to Lightspeed
- Click on Reports in the navigation menu
- Then click on Alert
View Open Cases
- Click on the Open Cases list to open a list of all open cases.
View Unassigned Cases
- Click on Unassigned Cases to view a list of cases that are not yet assigned to any admin users in Alert.
