You can perform a repair of Microsoft Office to see if that alleviates your issue before you call us or log a ticket with us, this will get you up and running again in no time!
To do so, perform the following steps:
Go to the Start menu and type "Control Panel" and press Enter.
Click on "Programs and Features".
Under the "Uninstall or change a program" list, look for your Microsoft Office installation package, mine is "Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Plus 2021 - en-us".
Click on the aforementioned package and click on the "Change" button at the top of the list.
Click "Yes" on the UAC popup that will appear after clicking on "Change".
Click "Online Repair" this does take a little longer, but it will redownload all of the program binaries and replace all of them, ensuring a full repair is carried out.
