If you have arranged a remote session with one of our technicians and they have requested that you enter an assist code, this assist code can be inputted in to this website.
Then, click the "Start Download" button
Please keep an eye out on the downloaded .exe file and run that when the download has completed, make sure to click accept and allow on any prompts that may popup after running the executable.
These steps will enable our technicians to remotely control your PC in order to assist you.
